Your journey to wholeness starts here
Nestled in the mystical mountain town of Crestone, Colorado, The Source Yoga and Healing Center is a warm and welcoming community space dedicated to supporting your health and well-being from the inside out. We offer a wide variety of classes — including Hatha, Vinyasa, Naam yoga, Tai Chi, and dance — designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more at home in your body. Whatever your age, fitness level, or background, there is a place here for you and a practice that will meet you where you are.
At The Source, we believe true wellness goes beyond the physical. Through our classes and workshops, we explore the deeper dimensions of health — mental clarity, emotional balance, spiritual alignment, and a greater understanding of yourself and the world around you. Crestone has long been a gathering place for seekers, healers, and those drawn to a more conscious way of living, and our studio reflects that spirit. Come as you are, and leave feeling more whole.
Meet Rita & polina, founders of the source
The Source was founded by two practitioners united by a shared conviction: that the body, when truly listened to, becomes a doorway to something far greater than physical health. Polina and Rita bring together a rare breadth of healing knowledge — spanning ancient yogic lineages, esoteric wisdom traditions, and hands-on therapeutic bodywork — to offer a space where transformation is not a concept, but a lived experience.
Polina is a certified Naam Yoga teacher with over fifteen years of teaching experience, and a practitioner of Harmonyum Healing Levels I and II. Her work is informed by the deep philosophical currents of 17th century Himalayan and Kundalini Yoga, Universal Kabbalah, ancient Egyptian and Hermetic wisdom, and astrology — and animated by her lifelong mastery of music as a certified audio engineer, DJ, and producer. In her classes, sound is not accompaniment; it is medicine.
Rita is a Tibetan cranial practitioner, deep tissue massage therapist, and trigger point therapist, with over thirteen years of Bikram yoga practice and intensive training in the Vimāyana yoga tradition. Deeply intuitive and attuned, her work is shaped by a reverence for the natural world and a belief that the body holds its own intelligence — one that, when supported with skill and presence, knows how to heal.
Together, they offer something that is increasingly rare: a truly integrated approach to well-being, where yoga, sound, bodywork, and ancient wisdom meet in one place. Whether you are coming to The Source for the first time or returning as part of a long practice, you are welcome here — exactly as you are.
